1. Returns Due to Change of Mind
For unopened and unused products in their original, sealed packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product price.
Process: Please contact us at victorfissio@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Cost: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us at victorfissio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label (if necessary) and, at our discretion, provide a full refund or a replacement as soon as possible.

3. Refunds
Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Amount: For eligible returns, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:
Opened or used products (including broken seals).
Products with a compromised safety seal.
Perishable goods.
Digital downloads.
