Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Zen&Tonic UK. This policy outlines the shipping and delivery process for your wellness orders.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment clearance. Orders placed after 2 PM GMT or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
We currently ship to the United Kingdom (Mainland UK). We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, British Overseas Territories, or internationally at this time.
We partner with Royal Mail and other reputable couriers. The available shipping options (e.g., Standard, Tracked, Next Day) and estimated delivery times will be displayed and calculated at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, the selected service, and the weight of your order. The final cost will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (where available) and a link to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate.
5. Delivery & Failed Deliveries
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, the customer not being available, or refusing the parcel, any fees for redelivery or return will be the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for delays in delivery once the parcel is with the carrier, though we will assist in investigations where possible.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
While we take great care in packaging your products, if your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at victorfissio@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
